Most supermarkets now have a great range of eco friendly products such as body wash, shampoo, biodegradable nappies, nappy bags, washing powder etc. Have a look, they're not expensive and you'll be helping the planet a great deal!

Pumpkin Lasagne
There is no excuse these days for not making greener choices in the supermarket or even better in local shops. At the moment pumpkins are in season and we have had pumpkin lasagne and pumpkin soup. It is healthy, cheap and better for the environment!
