Terms and conditions

1. There is 1 annual car insurance cover prize of up to £600 to be won and 3 prizes of a ‘Greener Motoring Kit’ including a year’s breakdown cover each worth up to £50. If the winner’s car insurance premium is greater than £600, they will be required to pay the balance.
2. Prize Draw is open until midnight on 15/03/2010.
3. The Prizewinner will be selected at random on 19/03/2010 and will be notified by email or phone within 7 days and will receive their prize within 28 days.
4. Individuals must follow the process in the ‘How to enter’ section before being entered into this prize draw.
5. The prize is non-refundable, non transferable, no alternative prize will be offered and there is no cash alternative.
6. The descriptions given in the main body of the offer should be deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions.
7. If you enter this prize draw your details will be passed to the reward provider for fulfillment of the prize. If you do not want this, please tick the opt-out box.
8. Only one entry per person will be allowed.
9. Maximum of one prize per household.
10. Prize Draw open to residents of Scotland aged 18 and over only.
11. The draw is not open to employees of Kwik-Fit Financial Services and subsidiary company’s, their families, its agents, customers or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
12. Names and regions of winners will be published on this site after the closing date.
13. The car insurance prize can only be provided if the insurers on The Green Insurance Company panel are willing to provide a quote for the winner’s details. All policies are subject to qualifying criteria, terms and conditions. Details of which will be disclosed when the winner gets their car insurance quote.
